Information you provide

Order requests collect your name, phone number, optional WhatsApp number and email, preferred contact method, product and quantity, delivery or collection choice, district where relevant, and any message you provide. We keep the request reference and its status.

Contact and product enquiries collect your name, phone, optional email, subject and message, and product details where relevant. Spare-part requests collect device brand and model, part name or number, description, optional photo link, phone, optional WhatsApp number and email. Please avoid including unrelated personal information in messages or photos.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond, check compatibility and sourcing, confirm prices and fulfilment arrangements, and manage your request. Submission timestamps, request status and notification status help us follow up. Duplicate-submission fingerprints and temporary request-rate checks help prevent abuse. Hosting systems may process connection information to serve and protect the website.

Services involved

The website is hosted using Vercel and stores request records in MongoDB. When email notifications are configured, request details are sent to the store through its email service; the code supports SMTP email, including Gmail. Delivery of an email notification is not guaranteed.

Cloudflare R2 is used for publicly served product images when configured. The spare-part form accepts a photo link rather than uploading your photo to R2. Opening a supplied external photo link contacts its host; share only links you are entitled to provide.

If you choose WhatsApp or email, that service also handles your message under its own privacy terms. WhatsApp links can prefill a message, but you must send it yourself. Service providers may process information outside Rwanda; contact us with questions before submitting sensitive information.

Browser storage and order lookup

The shopping cart stores selected products and quantities in your browser local storage so they remain available on that browser. You can remove items or clear site storage using your browser settings. Keep your order reference private: someone with it can look up the recorded request status and item, price and fulfilment details. Contact details are not required by the lookup form.

Access, correction, deletion and retention

Contact us using the details below to request access to your information, correct it, or request deletion. Provide enough detail to identify the request without sending unnecessary identity documents. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting.

We keep information as needed to handle requests and follow-up. Limited records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or other applicable obligations. Deletion is reviewed through contact with us; it is not an automated erasure service. Your applicable privacy rights are not limited by this policy.
