Terms of service

Requests are not confirmed purchases

Product listings, the cart and checkout let you express interest and submit an order request. Submitting a request or receiving a reference does not reserve stock, take payment or automatically confirm an order. Spare-part requests are sourcing enquiries, not promises that a part is available.

Review written confirmation before payment

Listed prices are indicative amounts in Rwandan francs. Before payment, we confirm the exact item and condition, availability, final price, delivery or collection arrangements, fees and any warranty in writing for you to review and accept. Ask us to clarify any missing term before proceeding.

Product specifications and photo links help identify an item, but spare-part compatibility must be checked against your device model and part number. A displayed original price is a listing reference price, not a guarantee of a market-wide saving.

Payment and safe communication

This website does not collect online card payments or Mobile Money (MoMo) payments. Any payment arrangements are agreed directly after written confirmation. Do not enter card details, payment PINs or passwords into a message or request form. If payment instructions are unclear, verify them using the contact details below.

Changes, problems and your rights

Contact us with your reference if you need to change or cancel a request, report an incorrect listing or discuss a problem with an item. Returns and cancellation requests are reviewed with the item details, written terms and applicable rights; see the returns policy.

Any warranty coverage, provider, duration and conditions must be confirmed in writing before payment. No blanket warranty or fixed delivery deadline is promised by these pages. Nothing in these terms or the related policies limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
