Cancel or change a request

Submitting an order or spare-part request is not a confirmed purchase and does not automatically reserve or buy anything. Contact us with your reference and tell us what to cancel or change. If you have already accepted a written quote or made a payment, explain that when contacting us so we can review the next steps.

Report a problem or request a return

Use the phone, email, WhatsApp or contact form below. Include the request reference, item name, when you received it, a description of the issue and the outcome you are asking for. Photos may help explain a fault, damage or a wrong item; avoid sharing unrelated personal information.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the return destination and handling arrangements. Keep the item, relevant accessories, packaging if available, and payment or written order records while the issue is reviewed. This guidance does not impose a condition that removes your applicable rights.

Assessment, costs and resolution

We review the issue against the item supplied, its described condition, the written agreement and applicable law. We will discuss the appropriate next steps, which may include inspection, a repair, replacement, cancellation or refund as appropriate. Contacting us does not automatically approve or reject a return.

Any return transport arrangements, responsibility for costs, refund method and expected timing will be explained for your case. We do not publish a universal return deadline, fixed refund timetable or blanket fee. Ask for the proposed arrangements in writing before sending an item or paying a charge.

Warranty and applicable rights

Any item-specific warranty, including its provider, duration and conditions, must be confirmed in writing before payment. Do not assume all new, refurbished or used items have the same coverage. A warranty does not replace any rights or remedies that apply by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights. If you disagree with a proposed resolution, contact us with your reference and concerns so the matter can be reviewed.
